Exporting minute data to Excel

Hi, I am having problems exporting WMT minute data to excel. Everything goes well until I try to convert data and time columns using format feature in Excel. For some reason, I get time in zeros instead of proper time (i used format 13:30:55). Date is also wrong, I get ### (i used format 3/14/01). What am I doing wrong?

Also, when looking at the original .txt file, I noticed that the time runs from 8 am to midnight. My Session manager is set to UTC (Pacific time), so I am confused my the exported data is in different format.

Can somebody please help me?
