Error opening FOREX trades with MB Trading

When connected to my MB Trading FOREX account, when I try to open a trade on a NT chart by pressing the chart trader buttons, I get the following error on the NT log window:

Cbi.Order.SubmitNow: exception caught: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

    Hello,

This almost always means you have an unsupported of MBT Navigator installed or upgraded to it.

Whats version of MBT Navigator do you have installed? We only work with this version on our help guide.

Please uninstall MBT Navigator and then install this version below.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

I uninstalled the existing version of MB Desktop, an installed MB Desktop 11.8.0.38 from the NT website as you specified, and recreated the account connection in NT. I am still getting the same error.

            Hello,

Would need to look into logs and traces then.

Please email in to support at ninjatrader dot com ATTN : Brett via the Control Center->Help->Mail To Support link in NinjaTrader and include the log and trace files.

I look forward to assisting you further.

I have exactly the same problem here. How did you solve it ?

It's seldom, when I start MBDeskt from my desktop it looks completly different as when Ninja starts it when connecting to MB.

I also have uninstalled MBDesk and Ninja but that did not help.

                Hello,

Right NinjaTrader uses a specific version of MBT desktop, you most likely are starting the pro version and have this one installed.

We can find out which version you have and whats going on if you email me.

Please email in to support at ninjatrader dot com ATTN : Brett via the Control Center->Help->Mail To Support link in NinjaTrader and include the log and trace files.

I look forward to assisting you further.
