Does the new charting interface support Backfill data from IB ?

Does the new charting interface support Backfill data from IB ?

If so, how many days, and what granularity ?

What other backfill options are there.

- IB backfill is supported for minute charts (no days or tick charts).
- It goes back as fro as IB support backfill
- Other options are eSignal, DTN and TrackData

With my IB connection I seem to be able to get backfill tick charts on ER and ES (up to 5 days) but not on NQ, 6E or YM. Is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

NQ, 6E and YM all work fine, just verified.

Please ensure -

- You can receive market data for these instruments in the order panel

- There are no error messages in your log file

- You are working with the June contracts

Very odd.

I can receive them fine on the order window and get the current bar printing when I open a chart but no previous bars are filled in.

There are no error messages and I am using June 06 contracts.

Thks Ray - have done. It is not urgent as I have the ER2 which is the mkt I trade but I am using Ninja Charts more and more so would like the issue resolved if possible.

The tick refill combined with live IB feed is a really good combination which most other charting packages I have looked at seem unable to provide.

For sure with 6E you are not getting market data

I think that is because it is an old odd March contract that got left in Sim account. I definitely have live data for June contract.

Well, for whatever reason, having changed absolutely nothing, today I can get the backfill on NQ and 6E. Wierd. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
