Renko charts taking too long to load

Hi

I am using NT Renko bars on 6E and loading the chart for the last couple days has been quite fast. However, today and now, it's taking almost 30 minutes to load the chart. I have a 5 renko setting for 1 year data setting. Is there something I need to do to speed up the load time? There are no indicators and I am loading just the 1 chart with no other workspaces open

P.S - I am using Kinetick data service, but it happens also with PFG data load as well.

Hello,

1 year worth of tick data (renko bars) can be quite a bit of data to load. Can you please reduce this to a short days to load such as 10 days and test to see how long this chart takes to load.
