What would cause the reload data line to be greyed out?? Running NT 7 most current build. Trying to get data on ES12-11 and the 6E 12-11. Also, on another machine it will not load data beyond last friday and this is Sunday 4 20 AM ??? Data provider is Zen fire

Hi Dean, this could for example happen if you have issues reaching the data server over your ISP connection - are there any errors you would notice in the log tab of NT? Are you sure the historical data access is enabled in the account connection for ZenFire you've created? On the second machine : do you see this issue for all markets? What are you generally trying to load / access here?
