MGC Micro Gold Globex no price data feed

I wonder if anyone is having issues with the MGC instrument through Globex.

I have a demo account with AMP using CQG. I can load up to the minute historical data for this instrument but no price feed comes through. Orders are rejected with "no data to drive simulation engine".

I have no issues with any other instruments.

I have reset the simulator, reset the instruments, reset and repaired the database, reloaded historical data and tried different exchanges (CME and NYMEX as opposed to Globex) all to no avail.

Hope someone can resolve this for me

aquila, works fine for me here in testing - are you using the MGC 12-11? Are you seeing any error message in your Control Center log tab?

Thank for the reply .. yes I am using the 12-11 contract. I noticed the following in the log :
1. CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: MGCZ1 is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading.
2. CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: The metadata for F.US.CLE.M11 has an invalid ContractNumber. Please contact Customer Service.

The older contract you tried accessing would be expired by now, for the current front-month December, please send your broker an email to ask to enable it for your account - then it should be available.
