Chart hanging - unable to open NT

I have a chart that's hanging and it's causing the whole NT7 platform to hang w/error mesg "Not Responding". I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling NT and restarting the PC but it keeps trying to open the same chart and the whole "Not Responding" process starts all over again. So, for now, NT7 is unusable. Is there a way to kill the chart process only?

Also, I can't send any log files b/c the platform hangs as soon as it opens. Please help!

Nevermind. I found the xml file for the chart template and deleted the template file. So, at least I was able to delete the corrupted file and get NT to open properly.
