FYI... for you support guys. (and anyone else with this same experience)
Today I was trading live with NT5r1. After a couple of successful orders, using the same strategy and using SLM for entry trigger, I initiated another order in the same fashion. This order appeared briefly in the dom and also appeared as an SLM order in IB TWS. Then within the same second, it disappeared from the dom then TWS followed in suit (it disappeared). After several attempts to place the order, I closed NT5 and closed TWS, then restarted both programs. Now the orders work fine again.
I don't know if this is a problem that needs fixing or just a fluke, but I felt you should be made aware of it.
