Template re making for 7 problem

When re making the template to work on 7, there is 2 listings for panel.
<Panel>2</Panel>
<PanelUI>3</PanelUI>

Which is the actual panel it needs to be in?

Unfortunately I am not sure if I follow. Am I correct you are modifying a chart template .xml file via Notepad?

Could it be you are trying to convert a NinjaTrader 6.5 chart template to version 7?

When I check these lines in a chart template .xml file, they are listed under the indicator settings part of the chart template. It determines in which panel the indicator will be plotted.

Yes you are correct im re making a chart from a 6.5 template file.
But there is 2 listings for panel one says Panel the other says PanelUI.
Which one is the actual panel setting you put in the indicator on the chart?

I suspect <PanelUI>3</PanelUI> points to the panel where the indicator is plotted.

When I create a chart template with one indicator set to Panel 2, I display the following information in the .xml file.

<Panel>1</Panel>
<PanelUI>2</PanelUI>
