Can't connect to MBT

Back for another stab at this one...

-Active MBT account
-NT 7.0.1000.7 (using Sim license key)
-MBT Desktop 11.8.0.40 installed (easily logged into with account settings)
-Followed Account connection guide precisely

Will not get past "Loading account list..." on connection to MBT.

With the current version of NinjaTrader, you must have MBT Navigator Version 11.8.0.38 installed. Please install this version from the following link:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrader/MBT/MbtDesktop.11.8.0.38.exe

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
