How to delete untitled workspaces

I'm sure I'm missing something silly....but I have 2 workspaces saved that I use but I also have 3 empty untitled workspaces that I must have created by mistake. When I try to delete them (the 3 untitled ones) NT says I can't because they are in use but I can't see them or I never open them. They seem to automatically open when I open NT. I am assuming these 3 extra open workspaces will hog resources so I want to get rid of them to tidy things up as well.

If these workspaces are open they will be listed under File--> Workspaces. The workspace with the check is your active workspace.

If there are additional workspaces listed you wish to remove, please first click on these workspaces to activate them. Once this is your active workspace, you may close it by going to File--> Workspace Close workspace.

Please repeat this for all workspaces you would like to remove.

Once the workspace is closed, you can delete them by going to File--> Work spaces--> "Open Workspace"--> select Delete
