Order Send Order/Order Cancels Order

Suppose I wanted to stage a series of orders such that when the next order in the series is filled, then the subsequent order would be sent. Would this have to be done with a Ninjascript strategy, or is there another way?

I don't normally run NT, but the broker who is autotrading my TS strategies uses NT for execution. His normal setup uses the smtp link, but for the strategy I have in mind, I would like to avoid this.

Thank you. Due to my lack of familiarity with Ninjascript, I would have to hire someone to do this coding for me. Can you give me a reference as to where I can find someone who could do it? The Easylanguage code is only about 50 lines.
