Huge gaps in FESX bid-ask data

Can you please tell me to what data feed provider you connect in NinjaTrader.

Do the gaps disappear if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

I do not experience the gaps on my end. What session template do you have selected in the Data Series menu? Please make sure to use the 'Eurex Equity Index Futures' and check if this will make a difference.

There were technical issues at the Eurex exchange at that time which caused trading to cease, thus there is no historical data for this period.
