    delay problem with zenfire

    very difficult to connect to Zenfire, when connected, data delayed.

    Hello supermht,

    Can you please shut down NinjaTrader and synch your PC clock. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

    Start NinjaTrader and connect to Zen-Fire. Subsequently, open a Time and Sales window and check the time stamps of the incoming data. Compare the time stamps to the time of your PC clock and tell me if you experience a discrepancy.

    If there is a difference, can you please tell me if the difference is consistent or if it changes.

    Do you experience the lag if you only have the Control Center and a Time and Sales window opened? Please make sure you do not have workspaces opened in the background when you test this.
