ZenFire - no data for Eurex

Dear Support,

The data from Eurex (FGBL, FDAX) stopped to load. It seems connection is OK, but no data are comming. Could you please check what happend?

It is more and more difficult to rely on NT, because there is quite often some problem. Every Monday I have no Friday data. 1 or 2 time per week I am not able to log in, because of some error 13... Are you going to fix these issues it in near future?

i think its not nt, cause crude oil is loading well, its zen fire

GM Guys,there is no issue with Zen-Fire however, there are currently tech issues at the DTB / Eurex and Soffex as far as I know - will keep this thread updated with more info when I get it.

eurex page says technical problems since 11.40
