Zenfire historical data

    Zenfire historical data

    I logged in 6:30 pm EST to Zenfire and there was no historical data between 6 to 6:30 pm. I closed my workspace, opened it again and its not bringing up the data between 6 pm and login time today. Its also not saving historical data that I have already previously loaded from the last login. Anybody else having this issue?

    Yes, I am experiencing the same gap in data as you are (i.e. gap between close of Friday and whenever I log in today). I've restarted my system several times, and the problem persists.

    Also, all of Friday's trade data is still showing in the Orders tab, whereas it is usually cleared out by now.

      I can duplicate on my end and we are looking into this further. Once we have more information, we will update this thread.

        The historical data servers are back online and recording data. Please restart NinjaTrader to reconnect to these servers.

            Hello,

            7:53 EST is when the data servers were restored and there are gaps until this period. We are looking into whether or not this missing data will be restored.

              Matthew,

              Any idea what I can do about the phantom executions I mentioned in post #2?

              Specifically, the issue is that all of the trades I placed on Friday are showing up in my Orders and Executions tabs as having been executed today (Sunday). Do I know how I get this to be cleared? I already tried repairing my database, but that didn't work.

                Can you please clarify if these were live orders or simulation orders?

                What does it list from the Executions tab under the E/X tab?

                  Matthew,

                  These were live orders, and in the E/X column, it says "Entry, Exit, Entry, Exit" (two trades total).

                  The price levels align with the two trades I made on Friday, but the only difference is that the times for all four executions are now shown as "10/9/2011, 2:06:53 PM".

                  FWIW, I've logged into my clearing firm's website to make sure these aren't showing up there, and they are not. Thus, I'm not too worried about it -- it's more just a matter of keeping my Orders and Executions tabs clean.

                  Is there a chance they'll go away on their own after today?
