CQG _ Error Loading Charts _ Server is Busy

During the trading day, I sometimes want to reload a chart, but have noticed lately that I get the message in the attachment.

I use CQG and the message says that the connection to the data server is busy or not available right now. I get this too often to be a nuisance.

Is this normal behavior?

Thanks for posting.

This message typically indicates a networking issue of some sort. Please restart your PC, modem and router, then see if you run in to the same issue after restarting the software.
