No data feed on all the index instruments

I have MB trading and Kinectick for connection.
MB trading for primary connection and Kinectick for backup connection.
today, somehow, all the index instruments are not updating at all.
From SP500 index to Trin, there are no data feeds.

I tried with just Kinectick connection only, it is still not getting the data. I have Market Analyzer that just include indices, it is blank except for instrument name and description column.

I am running on Window XP and using Ninja 7 latest version.
My subscription to Kinectick includes basic with NYSE and NASDAQ exchange.

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Reconnect
• Open a new Market Analyzer window and add your instrument list
