Is it possible to show the ticksize for a specific contract in any of the column avaliable, i.e. the value in $ of one tick?

Unfortunately, this isn't something which is possible by default. This could be accomplished with custom coding however.

Another question, is there any possibility to measure a distance between two points in the chart in a faster way than using the ruler tool?

Unfortunately, there is no faster method. The ruler is the only tool within NinjaTrader which performs this function.
