FESX data issues

Hi,
I opened a day chart going back to 2010 and noticed suspect data from Mar 22-26 2010. See image. Is this on my end or is your database at fault. How can I rectify the data for these days?

I do not see the same results on my end. Can you clarify who you connect to for data?

What happens when you right click on the chart and select 'reload all historical data'?

Hi Matthew,
I am with Zenfire. After hitting 'reload historical data', I still end up with the same erroneous bars.

Please delete your historical daily data for this instrument using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:
Removing Historical Data

• Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
• Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open an new chart.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

Carried out the steps you instructed several tries but still getting the same erroneous bars showing up!

Hello kashter,

Thanks for reporting - I can now duplicate after reloading the data.

Please try using either the Kinetick End of Day connection for your Daily data, or you can using 1440M Minute bars with your Zen-Fire connection.

I will need to send this into development to have corrected on the data servers.
