incomplete TDA minute and daily quotes for a few stocks

Dear Support,

I just wanted to inform you that there's the TDA minute and daily data for the following NYSE stocks are very incomplete: CFX,COR,FLT,TMS,VC,VOC

Overall the data I've downloaded for the remaining 1850 stocks are fine. Strange?

I am not sure what you can do about it but it might be worth mentioning it to your TDA contact.

What data is specifically missing, can you please send a screenshot?

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Were the stocks halted by chance?

What does tda's strategy desk program show?

For example for COR I've only daily data for 04/10/2011 and only 11 minutes for minute data (see gif attached).

Hi Sledge, I've checked these stocks on google and strategy desk and I can chart historical data without any problem. Strange isnt'it?

Hello,

This is a known item with TDAmeritrade that we currently have in a support ticket with them to see if we can get clarification on why this occurs.

It seems to occur for random instruments at random times, most likely you wont run into issue today with these instruments but may see it on different instruments now.

Unfortunately there is no news on this item and most likely will be some time before we get some development on this type of issue due to its complexity.

Dear Brett, I understand this is not an easy one but in my case it is only these 7 stocks that have generated this error since September 10. Sometimes I get an error on another one but these kept re-appearing regularly and the historical data are full of gaps. I hope TDA will solve it soon, the problem being of having to close so many pop-up windows during the day :-)
