Futures data in DOM

What would be the reason(s) that I can get stock data to run in my DOM, but not futures data? I have a DOM open, I can select GOOG, AAPL, ^TICK, ^VIX, etc etc, and get data, but I cannot get any futures contracts to work, such as ES, TF, YM, ZW...

I am in free SIM mode right now, trying to learn the Static, vs dynamic DOM, etc etc so I can go live

So I may be of further assistance, can you please clarify the following?

Who are you connected to for data? This can be confirmed by locating the green conneciton box in the lower lef corner of the control Center.

For the futures contracts you are trying to load, what contract front months are being used? Ex. 12-11, 09-11 etc.

Thanks, I have real time data from Kinetick for CME & CBOT emins, NYSE, and ICE

Are you able to get this data to stream live through your charts or through the orders tab of the control center?

Do you have a market depth subscription to futures with Kinetick? The SuperDOM requires this Level 2 data to drive it.

Ahhh, I think you've hit on it..

Yes to your first question, live charts, and orders tab no problem..

No I do not have the Market Depth subscription - was uneducated on that however just visited the Kinetick page and see it there so I will order that...

BTW, do we still have to purchase credits to use Static Dom, or are both DOMs available or what else do I need to know about that?

Whether or not credits are needed would depend on which brokerage(s) you're trading with. Which brokerage(s) would you be using when trading live?
