Can I have a drawing object appear on all charts by default?

I have 2 charts of the same instrument open with different time intervals. When I draw a horizontal line on one, I can go to that line's properties and set it to appear on all charts. Is there a setting so that I can make anything I draw on one chart appear on all the other charts by default so I don't have to set the properties on each individual drawing object?

When you set a drawing object to appear on all charts, there is also an option within that same properties menu called, "Set as Default". Once your settings have been configured according to your preference, please select this button to apply to all drawing objects moving forward. Please note that this will have to be set for all individual chart drawing objects.
