Thank you for your post.
Although it is possible to use NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.7 on a Windows 7, 64bit PC, the eSignal API does not have 64bit support, so you will need to run the 32bit version of NinjaTrader.

Both the 64bit version and the 32bit version are installed when NinjaTrader is downloaded.
