Is there a way to scroll through an instrument list going from chart to chart?

for example: DOW 30

Thanks for the post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums! The best way to do this is with the market analyzer window. You can easily add a list to a market analyzer screen through the right click > Add Instrument list.

Market analyzer windows can be linked to a chart, by clicking the L in the upper-right corner, and setting it to the same color as you set a chart. If you click on an instrument in the market analyzer, it changes the linked charts.
