Can't connect to VFM

Hi, Yesterday my VFM connection dropped and then when I tried to login again it failed. I removed the VFM connection and added it again but still can't login. No problem with Kinetick end of day so Ninja is working OK. I am using the same user name and password as before. Any help to get connected again?

I'm on NT 7.0.1000.7 (Live)
