    R7 would just be short for the latest NT7 build version, so if you click under Help > About and see 7.0.1000.7 being listed there, then this is the most current one you run.

    I have no other reports here so far, but will check with ZenFire into matters. Do you have another internet connection to try this on by any chance?

        One more thing, this happened several times last week.Also last night I had to log on several times before he succeeded.

          pepazdep, from what we know about the issue / error message it would be related to the internet connection / backbone used. It would be great if you could report back after trying to logon at your friends house. I'll be updating this thread as well when I have any more info.

              Now I have another internet connection (very fast and stable) also try another computer, the same message.

                pepazdep, thanks for the testing and feedback, it might then be a bigger ISP in your region having issues to relaying the needed connection through its backbones - I'll post here when I have any update on it.

                    I am in the UK and mine is still not working today. It was working perfectly on monday and since last night i keep getting the same error message. Ive tried everything you suggested. Also i tried the yahoo data feed and that connects perfectly, so does this rule out internet connection issues for me?

                      omarmalik, what exact error would you get today please? The same Permission 13 one as the other posters experienced?

                        Yes i had the permission error 13 most of yesterday and then it started working again. However i turn on the computer today and the same error is appearing. Have you any advice, I've been using it perfectly for the last 3 weeks its just the last 2 days. And once before when you stated it was an actual zenfire issue.

                        Now it says "login failed:unable to login(1004): create error" and then it switches back to the error 13.

                          Thanks for the reply, we have so far no other reports here - let me check with ZenFire into. It would also help if you could forward your logs / trace to us via Help > Mail to Support.

                            It won't let me send the files, it says something about connect failed and no response. Also i spoke to someone from mirus futures and they said it might be because iam running ninja on mac. Seems that its blocking my connection. But the yahoo data feed connects its just zenfire.

                              Thanks - in this case please send me the files the manually from your email to support at ninjatrader dot com Attn Bertrand.

                              You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
                              The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

                              You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
                              The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
