    Unable to login(13): permission

    I was since 7:15 logged in, at 13:46 connection problems
    I come from Germany!

    Message log:

    04.10.2011 13:56:15 Connection Trading ZenFire: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.(LoginFailed)

    04.10.2011 14:29:43 Connection Trading ZenFire: Unable to login(13): permission error(LoginFailed)

    Please help!!!!!!!!!

      Same error for me via Mirus and Comcast in central Illinois. No problems connecting to my other futures account in Chicago or other web services.

              Connection Working 4 me again...

              Didn't have any problems with doing anything else online... Just Mirus/Zen-Fire conneciton.

              All is well for me at the moment


              problem was:
              Login Failed: Unable to login(13)

                lets hope this is not some kind of cyberwar against trading, I am getting nervous seeing wallstreet protests on TV ...

                          Hello,

                          I have tested another Zen-Fire account and can connect. I have not seen any other reports of this error this evening.

                          The error you mentioned indicates that something in your PC or local network is preventing you from reaching the authentication servers. In most cases, it is a firewall that is blocking the connection or date/time setting on your PC is incorrect.

                          If you have not yet, please try restarting your PC as well as any network hardware such as a modem or router.


                          If this does not help, please try removing and repairing your account connection:

                          • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
                          • Restart NinjaTrader
                          • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

                            I have same problem today.Login failed : please check your account .....it's problem,at 9 is opening London and can't work.

                              Just tested here in Germany and can connect fine on all machines - would you still see this issue currently? Are you connecting with latest NT7 R7 and have tried a fresh ZenFire account connection on the non legacy API as well?

                                yes i still see this issue,I was connect normaly yesterday,now i speak with my friend and he have same problem.I'm in czech republic.I have nt7,but don't know if it is r7.
