Error loading chart data for '6E 12-11 Cme'.

Hi,

NT version is 7.0.1000.7. Data feed is Vision.
I'm getting this error when creating a new 6E chart, or reloading data for existing 6E charts. --Error loading chart data for '6E 12-11 Cme'. NinjaTrader data server does not support this instrument, no data available.

The weird thing is that I have one 6E chart that works perfectly, but any additional charts all throw this exception. For the problem charts, an initial data set loads, but no real time updates happen.

Hello,

Thanks for the note.

The difference is this chart is set to get data historically from the CME exchange. It should be set to globex.

Please go in and change the exchange back to globex and then remove it off your default list and re add it back on with the correct exchange.

Control Center->Tools->Instrument Manager->Search for the 6E->Edit->Uncheck CME and make sure Globex is checked.
