Reverse Position

I am trying to reverse position using the code below. Instead system will result with 2 Short Orders? and Long position disappears?

Example:
currently long;
if(_shortSignal == true){
ExitLong();
EnterShort();
}

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums. Enter methods will take care of the reversals. They will close current position and enter in the other direction. You can remove the ExitLong here if reversal is what you're going for.
