Error loading chart data

'Morning.

Since yesterday afternoon I am getting the attached data error message when trying to load or reload chart data. Any idea why this might be, please (have also sent a tech enquiry to Mirus ZenFire, but it won't get answered till later today as different timezone) ? Platform is receiving live data.

Instrument is 6E 12-11 (although I have checked other instrumenets are getting the same result).

GM jtrade, can you please recheck on the newest NT7 R7 release and a freshly initiated connection to the servers? You can update your present R5 from here :
