Unfortunately there is no current way to define the time format that is used.

I will forward this to development to possibly consider in a future version and update this thread once I have a tracking ID.

How do you mean? NT uses local time.

Try Print(Time[0]); and look in the OutputWindow. The time is in local AM/PM time.

He is referring to the chart axis.

You're correct that NT will use local region settings, however the chart itself will be set to 24h and not 12h.
