Can't create MB Trading connection

I've tried to follow the steps here:

But I don't see "MB Trading" in the Provider drop down menu when creating a new connection.

This could be due to what data providers your license key is enabled to access.

To follow up, please send a note to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com.

Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.
Also, include your NinjaTrader license key, this can be found under the Control Center -> Help--> License Key
