2 things: Opposing Stop entries & Trade entry/exit info displayed on chart...

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for being here.

STOPS:
I want to be able to "Chart Trade" and simultaneously place buy and sell opposing STOP LIMIT entry orders on either side of a trading range to hunt for breakouts. NinjaTrader rejects my 2nd Stop I try to put in, calling it an 'exit' stop, when in fact it's not at all...

Trade info on charts:
I want to limit it to just arrows on some charts,
I want to have no info on other charts,

Thanks for the post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

I understand the scenario you describe and to resolve you need to take this steps before placing the second entry order.

Use the ATM strategy drop down menu to change from * Active - AtmStrategyName to just the name of the ATM strategy.

That way, the platform knows this is an additional entry order rather than part of your first.

Plot executions are set per data series, so there is no problem using different settings for separate charts. Right Click on chart > Data Series > Set Plot Executions as desired.
