Program Trading Symbol - PREM

I did a search on Open Tick and found many instances of PREM. I have tried entering them in the Instrument Manager but I still cannot get a chart to open.

Please ask OT support for what exchange code PREM should have data on to set up this instrument properly in NT.

I emailed Open Tick support on 12/06 but still haven't received a response. I'm not really upset because I didn't think I would hear from them. Customer service not really OT strong suit. So if anyone is using Open Tick and is charting PREM I would really appreciate knowing what symbol and exchange permission is required to do this.

I had the same issue and decided to calculate the data myself.
All that needs to be done is to subtract the cash index from the futures price.
You can do this inside a multi-instrument strategy.

I am still waiting for the 'dummy indicator' from a strategy that Dierk promised for the latest release of NT. The indicator solution that I used to plot my data unfortunately lags by one bar and I didn't have much time to look into it and try to fix that (also since I was waiting for the next release)

However, you can print and trade upon the calculated PREM, which is accurate.

Josh will set up a thread shortly. Unfortunately this dummy indicator comes with some limitations. That's why we didn't incorporate in the regular build.
