    Quotes delayed from kinetick live

    Hello,
    my quotes are still delayed from kinetick, simulated or live, no difference.
    I enabled "participate in the CME data fee waiver program".
    Do i also enabling "Use back adjusted data" ?

    mate41, can you please contact me via Help > Mail to Support and then include your Kinetick username / id as well?

    You can choose to enable the back adjusted data, this would only have an effect though on the native ##-## futures contracts offered.

    With the waiver enabled, did you also connect then to your live brokerage account?

      Hello Betrand,
      I connect first (auto) to kinetick. Then as second, to IB.
      I want also some stock quotes displayed on my market analyser (for ex. QQQ). Can it taken from IB if i don't get it from kinetick ?

        Hi mate41, thanks would you then see the successfull waiver validation being stated in your log tab, the rightmost tab in the Control Center in NT...,also what market / contract would you see as delayed then?

        If you connect to Kinetick first all the data would be taken from this connection, as it would support all instrument categories offered by NT, IB would be open for executing trades but not for pulling in data in this config.

          But still 10-15min delayed data from kinetick (futures ex. ES).

            Ok, thanks - can you please contact me via Help > Mail to Support and then include your Kinetick user id used? I'll get this then checked for you.

              Hi Bertrand,
              i did it a couple of hours ago.
              I'll do it a second time.

              Sorry afeter verification, sending mail with help/Mail..... couldn't work.
              Do it with ATTN in the subject

                      i've got a new password from kinetick and all goes fine.
                      The data is now real-time.
                      I don't know why it didn't before...
