ZenFire is probably down for maintenance again.
Not that big of a deal but you really need to work with the ZenFire application guys and come up with a down for maintenance error message instead of the Login Failed.
Windows 95 had better error messages than this.
You all should be ashamed of the antiquity of this part of your application.
I know this has been repeatedly requested for years but at some point you really need to make this a priority.
