CQG datafeed problem

I am using a demo account from CQG (TPfutures.com) and it worked well at my laptop then I got problem when using my desktop pc.

the intraday chart did not load history data and only current real time chart.

the daily chart works fine though.

any idea why?

Thank you for your post.

Please confirm you have historical data enabled with the steps I have provided below.

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Account Connections
• Select your connection
• Change
• Next
• Historical Data-->Enabled
• Next
• Next
• Finish
• Reconnect

Next please open a new 5 Minute chart and let me know if data backfills. If it does not right mouse click within your chart and let me know if "Reload all historical data" is greyed out or active.

I have the history data enabled and I can reload history data but still it only shows current candle and there are no historical data.

Please close NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab-->Change Settings-->Select time.nist.gov from the drop down menu and then click Update.
The PC clock should now be updated and you may restart NinjaTrader.
