constant lines

is there a way to plot a vetical line in constant lines or some other way to plot a line at a certain time every day?

have you used this before i can get it to import fine but when i add it to a chart it doesnt seem to plot anything any ideas?

ok so it does plot but only after that time period i was looking for something to give ma a heads up before certai ntimes

Just set the time to an earlier then so it would give you the heads up in advance...there's a user definable entry for the time used.

i just want to be able to have a hirizontal line on my chart at say 8:30 pst every day i dont want to have it pop up at 8:25 although it is a decent solution you came up with

It would depend on what kind of chart you run the study, it would designate what time stamps bars could be used. Another approach would be using a custom session template that would have a break at this time, so you could use the per default in NT build in session break lines to display this time.

well i run a tick chart of the 6E and i have a session template i created that starts everyday at 3 pm pst and runs till 2 pm pst the next day

Ok, for a tick chart there would not exact 8:30 time then by definition - you could add a time chart per programming and use those timestamps then, but this would require custom coding.
