TS to NT cancel order

I'm currently using Beta 4 and may have encountered a possible bug.
I have 2 woking orders on the Orders tab. Both of them are long ER2 for 3 contracts. Then TS sends a Strategy Canceled Order. I'm assuming that NT knows which one of the 2 working orders to cancel based on the order no. But both of them got cancelled instead. I verified this from the Log report.

Please try order token and not order ID and see if that works.

It looks like NT will cancel all working orders because NT does not transmit any info. to TS. This is unfortunate since any prior orders whose profit target has been reached first but the entry order has not been filled yet will also be cancelled.

Ok, let's start from scratch: You are talking about the TS mail interface and not the ATI methods to cancel an order no?

If the former, then you need to identify your orders by signal name to make them unique. If the latter then my previous post applies.

I was referring to the TS email interface. I looked at the log again. It turns out both trades have the same limit order of 762.5, so both were cancelled. I wish there was some other way to identify them uniquely.
