Comex Gold not quoting on PATS data feed

anyone trading the Comex Gold Future contract with PATS data feed?

We have an issue, the contract for december (front month for the Comex Gold) is not quoting and connencting a backup datafeed, like eSignal, only allow us to see charts and quotes, but to submit orders.
Submitting an order causes an error: "PATS: unknown instrument".
The broker checked and at their end all is ok. We trade on the same broker thru another PATS interface the Comex gold and all is fine.
Any suggestion ?
