Interactive Brokers "connecting..."

Hi,

I have an IB account and I can't connect NT7 (latest) to get TWS real time data.

NT 7.0.100.7
TWS 917.8 (pic attached)
configured IB connection (pic attached)

It stays connecting forever and never goes anywere.. What am I doing wrong?

Are you receiving any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center?

Is TWS started and logged in already when you start the connection through NinjaTrader? Or do you have TWs shut down before you select File--> Connect in NinjaTrader?

TWS first, then NT7 - File - Connect - etc..

Hello,

Can you please try with TWS shut down, then go to File--> Connect in NinjaTrader.

TWS should start automatically and sign in with your credentials. It should pop up with a message asking if you want to accept the inbound connection. Make sure to click "accept" on this prompt.
