No options in the ATM

Hello,
on a simulated license NT7, when i open the ATM window on the chart, there are no options visible.
I followed the guide about ATM strategy and the possible settings are totally different.
A save button isn't available also.

This may be due to the license key you are using. Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
