Have bought NT rental for $330, need a license

Hello,
I have bought Ninja Trader rental for six months for 330 USD and have payed via PayPal. The transaction with PayPal is correctly processed. It is 4 working days already.

Unfortunatelly I do not know where I will get the license. I have been using NT for almost a year so far in demo mode and I urgently need to license my Ninja for Interactive Brokers.

Maybe I have missed something. I sent email to sales and support at ninja but no reply yet.

Please help me to start and go live.
