tick and trin with CQG

Im using the CQG demo at the moment. I was told that you can get the TICK and the TRIN with their feed, whereas you can't with zenfire.
However, when I go to the instrument manager, I cant see them?

Thank you for your post.

The ^TICK and ^TRIN should come preconfigured in NinjaTrader as long as you are connected to a provider who offers Index data. If you are not seeing these instrumetns when connected to CQG, please double check you have setup your account connection to include this data.

Navigate to Tools--> Account Connections--> Highlight your CQG connection and select "Change".

From the CQG account information page, please make sure you have checked "Include Index data". Then finish the wizard. Once completed, please restart NinjaTrader and check for these instruments again.

I had a feeling it was something to do with that, and before posting this thread I went back and checked the 'index data' box, although I DID NOT restart ninjatrader and so nothing changed - hence I posted this question.

Since restarting it, everything is there.
