      Please send a note to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com.

      Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject and a link to this forum thread in the body.

      Include your Zen-Fire login user name and password so I can test on my end.

        I'm back on CQG. Like I mentioned priviously CQG never gave me any connection problems.
        What is wrong with Zen-Fire? It's supposed to be as simple as ABC......
        Mirus/Zen-Fire ....... I might be going back to CQG................

                    I can't connect to zenfire.. just want to check that the problem is on their end not on mine... did the people who had problems connecting resolve or does the issues still stand with zen servers

                      The issue has not yet been resolved, if you please see the steps in Posts #12 and 17 I'll be more than happy to look into your case.

                        I've had no problem with dorman/zenfire this evening.

                        Well, just initial connection tonight after windows/update reboot failed.



                        9/11/2011 4:59:52 PM Connection Dorman: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.(LoginFailed)

                              Hello everyone,

                              There have been some recent changes with Zen-Fire demo's which may explain this result for some of you. Beginning last weekend, Zen-Fire/NinjaTrader demo users that connect from a machine that has had a demo in the past would be automatically disabled.

                              If this applies to you, (another Zen-Fire demo been used on this PC previously) you would want to follow up with the party providing your demo to see what options are available to you.


                              If this does not apply to you (this is the first Zen-Fire demo on the PC or you are connecting to a full account) please contact us with a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com and include a link to this forum thread.
