cannot get ICE data via eSignal

Hi,

I cannot get any data for the Dec 08 contract for Brent Crude (esignal - BRN)

If I request other months such as Jan08 (most active) or Jun08 I get data without problem.

I have checked that the dec08 data is available from esignal (it appears in the symbol monitor)

this seems to be a problem with the contract month in NT?

Hi Nick,

Have you checked the log? Is there an error message listed? Can you otherwise send me screenshots of the Definitions and Misc tab. You can find these in the Instrument Editor. To get to the editor go to the Instrument Manager and highlight the contract in the middle and click Edit.
