Login to a new account in IB

I want to connect to another account In IB than the one I always connect. I already had it set up but i get an error message ..".Login failed IB Adapter Message LOOP No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"
Please advice... Thanks

Ok I figured it out... for some reason the "EnableActive x and socket clients" got uncheck...
