unable to get historical data

Using CQG, and today I had internet outages on my end. It got resolved (wasn't a problem on my machine, fwiw), but I had gaps in data. So I tried reloading historical data for ES, and receive errors of:
"Error on reloading data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later. (NotConnected)"
immediately followed by:
"Error on loading chart data for 'ES 09-11 Globex': Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later."
These repeat, though mainly with the second message.

I do continue to get live data without any disconnects for the past hour, but still get these errors.

Thank you for your post.

If you have not yet, please try restarting NinjaTrader and reconnect to CQG. This should reestablish a fresh connection to the historical data server.

If you see continued errors, I'd suggest restarting your PC as well as any network hardware such as a modem or router.

Please let me know you continue to experience issues.
