Quantity

Hello Support,

I had set up my ATM strategy for cash Forex to 0.05M. I have the following issues:
1. When I switch from SIM to Live account, the Quantity changes to 0.01M.
2. If I then switch to SIM account again, the Quantity changes to 0.1M.
3. If I select another atm, then revert back to this one (re-select), then quantity is correctly reflected as 0.05M

This always create problem for me as order is rejected as 0.01M is too small.

Please advise how I can make ATM Qty remain as is, when I change accounts.

Hello Edward, apologies for the late reply to your inquiry here - if you change accounts please reselect the saved ATM with your Qty, then it should be using the one you desire to use for the trade setup.

Why does NT behave that way?
Is there default values somewhere for SIM and Live accounts?

Hi Edward, I could not explain the design specifics but this is unfortunately a known limitation you run into here - we have this on our feedback list to look into for the future though.
